Short version: Company advertises guarantees but doesn’t honor them. Colors are different from what you actually get and some flowers may be sent damaged. Customer service does reply within 24 hours, but cookie cutter replies. More Details: Other reviewers are accurate in saying deliveries are not shipping in the guaranteed time (and the business won’t work with you for refunds or do anything to make anything wrong right). They created a shipping label on the day it was supposed to ship so they could get around having to pay for my order as they said they’re not responsible for shipping but usps was still waiting for the package for several days after it supposedly shipped. If you choose to order from them do so 6 months+ in advance so if you are one of the few who does get the replacement option you’ll have time to send it back and get your replacement before it’s needed. Customer service has improved in sending responses quickly, though they’re all fluff responses that explain why they can’t refund or replace items with a closing line of “We’re here for you”. They’re there but that’s it. Not helpful. My flowers came with one chipped and it had to be packed and sent that way

Buyer Beware: please read the better business bureau reviews before ordering from Sola Wood Flowers. 5 days before my 4th of July wedding they said they shipped my flowers and I would receive them in 4 to 5 days! And I got married on July 4th a postal holiday!!! I ordered the flowers in May and they never even were dropped off at the post office. They basically said oh well, it’s out of our hands… the courier has them now and there is nothing we can do! I begged for them to overnight them to me and they refused. They refunded me but that didn’t solve my problem… here it was June 29th… wedding in 5 days and now I have NO flowers!!! Absolutely ridiculous! From what I see now this happens ALL THE TIME!! They are not to be trusted!!!

BRIDES BEWARE!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst, most stressful experience and multiple emails with this company, who still has refused to give me a full refund for my order. The videos posted of Facebook or wherever of this company are FALSE. I spent over 630 bucks on my order, just the bundle with arch garland, centerpiece, boutonnieres, corsages and 4 bouquets. The first package arrived severely damaged, with multiple arrangements damaged. If you thought they would have extra packaging when you pay protection on each item to make sure they are not damaged, let me tell you thats FALSE! The only option they were trying to push on me was to count the INDIVIDUAL flowers that were damaged and they would send me replaxement flowers to cut the damaged out and hot glue new ones in! This was NOT what I paid for and finally was able to agree to them sending me a replacement order. The replacement order was assembled WORSE THAN THE FIRST!!! Multiple flowers were broken with petals split in half, there was no extra packaging put in the box to ensure they wouldn't be damaged, the centerpiece wasn't even dyed to our colors per my order, there were random loose flowers throug

Overall very beautiful! I took a gamble, and based on reviews I wasn’t sure how it was going to go but overall I’m happy!! I did not include the natural wood in my color selection and picked white twice and sage and blush as the other colors and I got lots of natural wood, very little white, and a little aqua that I definitely would not consider sage so that was a bummer but I’m going to try to find someone that can hopefully fix them or contact the company to see if they will send me some sage dye Definitely recommend adding scent! I did lavender and am really happy I did

Update #2 - they arrived damaged and 10 days after my wedding! Hell they didn't even ship until AFTER my wedding! Not only are they damaged but they look nothing like what I ordered. Staged pic is what was ordered. Update #1 - Well it's my wedding day and the flowers that were supposed to ship 5 DAYS AGO still haven't shipped! Absolutely abhorrent communication! It is not clearly stated what their production time is, they are less than responsive after you do manage to find contact info outside of the phone number they don't answer (left me on hold for 55 minutes to have an automated system tell me the line is busy then disconnect), tried 4 times in one day. They are unwilling to help get my flowers here before my wedding even though I offered on multiple communications that I have no problem paying the difference for overnight shipping. Save yourself the heartache and steer clear of these money grabbing scammers.
